McDonald's in Wermelskirchen

I'm only talking about the McDrive now - it sometimes seems a bit chaotic. If you do not check immediately, something will be forgotten at one point or another.

Unfriendly, even when you are stressed you can talk to customers in a friendly way. Then the wrong one is also packed twice and although you don't have some you just pack something else without telling you anything

Littered parking lot, unfriendly service, food very sour even by MC Donald's standards and the fries tasted like yesterday in the microwave

Mc Drive apparently overwhelmed, numerous customers are waiting for their orders .... I should drive up and wait. I ask where ?! There are already 5 cars ?? well, the menu that was brought out was simply of terrible quality! Cola warm, French fries lukewarm and mushy and soggy, burger ice cold 🤦‍♂️ also carelessly put together with a thick handful of superfluous salad in the box, with chicken nuggets which were wonderfully warm and tasty but unfortunately added the wrong sauce. Unfortunately, the whole thing ordered twice and thus only 20 € thrown in the trash thanks to coupons :(. ... I am used to the occasional long wait in this market, but that was the tip of the insolence!

You first have to find out that in a McDonalds chain all types of cola as well as Fanta are sold out. Not seen in all of Europe! Incredibly long waiting time despite few customers and half-cold fries that were like rubber. Never again!

We had to wait an unusually long time at the drive-through, even though there was only one vehicle in front of us. When we finally got our things, something was missing. The staff are very friendly.

Tip: go to the drive-in in corona. Very structured. Everything is made fresh here and you have to be patient. However, you didn't really know what you were allowed to do and what not in the current Corona situation. In the entrance there was a sign “please wait here, we'll call you in”. In fact, you could just come in. Inside you could simply order from the kiosk and then wait for your order. However, without being able to track the order on the display.

Unfortunately already several times at the car counter not everything was received that was ordered and paid for in advance. So I usually check again and have to get some things out of the bags. In the event of a complaint because something is missing (in the current case the expensive chicken box), the product with packaging is simply slammed on it without an apology or the like. The other dishes will not be repackaged even on request. A shame and not customer-oriented.

Good McDonalds, but mostly ketchup, mayo etc. are missing when you order in the drive in.

The service was friendly, but my mayonnaise was forgotten. In addition, the waiting time was very long.

Mostly chaotic here. It always feels like an eternity before the meal is ready, even if there are few people. At the last visit they waited again for 15 minutes, then 2 toys in Happy Metal were forgotten and wrong sauces were packed. Not the first time.

Actually quite ok. However, something is constantly being forgotten or mixed up in my orders. 4/5 orders went wrong. That has been better.

Waited a long time and fries were only slightly warm

Fully understand that the employees have a stressful job. But they don't have to show the customers that the staff don't like each other. I have never seen such an unmotivated "shift supervisor" (the only one in a white shirt). The deputy had my sympathy. The food is okay, but it took forever.

A bit slow with some of the personell being rather grumpy. Otherwise as you know it. If there is a long queue at the drive in, it is very difficult to access or leave the rest of the parking.

Unfortunately, I had to wait over 60 minutes for my meal. My buddy (same order time) kindly asked for a refund after 70 minutes. He didn't get it. The staff was annoyed, but tried to stay friendly. Hence 1 star. Unfortunately everything is very uncoordinated. Not recommendable.

Service just terrible, personell highly unfriendly. They forget half of the order and if you ask they answer highly annoyed, food took 15min to arrive. They also forgot the toy in the happy meal, it was almost to much work to get it, kid off course stressed.

Hygiene was the first thing they had taken care of.

They have taken full care of the safety. Sanitiser on the entry, one has to give his details and ofcourse, food was delicious as always.

We placed an order to take away, luckily we checked it directly, so we noticed that we got the wrong things. When we said this to the lady at the counter, she blamed us for it, but the order is processed which, according to her, is just a courtesy on her part. Even the second time we didn't get the right things, which we only noticed while we were in the car. Due to the 2 incorrect orders and the unfriendly service, we will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to others.

Very precise compliance with the hygiene regulations. Quality of food is what McDonald's is used to. A spacious drive-in and a nice parking lot. Close to the motorway and yet you can sit relaxed outside.

Disgusting citizens 🤮🤮🤮 The Mc Donalds looks appealing but after I placed my order and waited 13 minutes, I not only had no patience to wait but also enough time to watch the staff. My first burger, which was supposed to be "Premium", was finished earlier and was just about 10 minutes left on something that was neither fresh nor packaged. You hadn't paid attention to the other brasserie at first and you'd rather stand around and chat about God and the world. When I asked where my citizen was staying, they first asked a colleague to come and see him. When I saw how he makes the citizen, I felt sick 🤮 He constantly wipes his hands on his disgusting dirty apron and touches the citizen without gloves. That’s right !!!! When I took photos, the staff treated me asocially and they threatened me !!!!! Sorry what kind of shop is this? Mc Donalds was once a shop that was known for FAST FOOD and less than 15 minutes waiting for a citizen, disgusting preparation, and anti-social behavior. Sorry never again. Paying a lot of money for germs doesn't have to be. I have to praise one employee, he was the youngest and had the most mature reaction 👍
